How long will it take to charge my EV at home?
Charging time depends on your charger and the size of your EV’s battery. Using a EV Home Charger would usually fully charge overnight, it will take between 6-10 hours.
Can I use my account on multiple devices?
Yes, your account can be accessed on multiple devices. Just log in using your email and password.
How do I link my RFID card to my account?
Go to the ‘My Profile’ section, select ‘My Cards’ and select the ‘Link New Card’ to add your RFID card. Once linked, you can use the card for a quicker charging experience without needing the app every time.
What is Charge Pocket?
The Charge Pocket App provides EV drivers with all of their EV charging needs. It does this by providing up front and live information on all chargers, facilitating payments across platforms, charge management features as well as 24/7 support. You can download Charge Pocket on the App store or Play Store.
Are charging stations available 24/7?
Availability depends on the location. Some stations operate 24/7, while others may have restricted hours. Check the station or app for details.
What should I do if the charging station isn’t working?
Try restarting the session, checking your payment method, or using a different charger. If the issue persists, contact the station’s support number for assistance.
Can I leave my car plugged in after it’s fully charged?
It’s best to move your car once charging is complete to free up the station for others. Some stations may charge an idle fee if your vehicle remains plugged in after charging.
How long does it take to charge my EV?
Charging time depends on your battery size and the station’s charging speed. Level 2 chargers take a few hours, while DC fast chargers can provide an 80% charge in 20-60 minutes.
How do I charge my electric vehicle (EV) at this station?
